It doesn't end up costing us much more than what we originally spend a week on groceries and doesn't disrupt our meals at home. Making supper isn't an extra chore because we are all able to eat the same thing. And since my husband has started.... he's even been doing the cooking. So if anything, I should probably thank you, and not just because we feel better.
We are proud to announce that our clients have lost a total combined weight of over 6 TONS since we have opened. Congratulations to all of our current and past clients!!
It is convenient and as the other user said feels like you are cheating but you are not. I still have my coffe cream in my coffe and use all of my regular salad dressings and still able to loose 48.5 lbs in 4 months and keep it off for year and a half now with (0) zero excercise. I would love to loose another 20 so I can be really comfortable but I'm happy how far I have come.Dont know why many people dont try it as it's the most effective weight loss out there, price wise we all spend $2-$5 on coffees every day so to spend $4 on a meal twice a day really it's not bad at all. When you buy a month worth of packets it may seem too much but why would you buy it for a month instead of trying everything that is available to buy. Love the staff, all of the girls are amazing and Poi went above and beyond my expectations to help me out. :)

I have tried many many different diets, but what is amazing about this one is that I am not craving stuff all of the time!!!!
