If you like Kale, try making kale chips.
In a large ziploc bag, combine washed and dried kale (cut into 3 - 4 inch pieces) and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper; spread the kale on the sheet evenly. Bake in 300'F oven for 20 minutes. Add salt to taste.

This is a really great recipe! Thank you for sharing it with us. Just keep in mind that the Kale will count towards your daily vegetable intake! Also make sure you are using sea salt instead of regular salt. Any more ideas please post them!

Meatloaf Pizza
1 – 1 ½ lb extra lean ground beef
Onion – chopped fine
Celery – chopped fine
¼ - ½ cup ketchup
1 egg
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Seasonings of your choice – ½ tsp roasted garlic; ½ tsp parsley; ½ tsp Italian seasoning; salt and pepper etc.
Mix together as you would for meatloaf. Spread evenly on a pizza pan. (Use a little more of the meat around circumference so edge is a little thicker, creating crust and to keep liquids from running over)

1 pkg Ideal Protein Vegetable Chili
4 oz cold water
Mix together, microwave 2 minutes. Let stand until consistency of sauce (while you chop veggies) Spread on meat layer.

Chopped veggies of your choice – onions, celery, mushrooms, peppers etc.
Spread over Chili mixture.

1 pkg Ideal Fine Herb & Cheese Omelet
3 ½ oz water
Mix together, shake until smooth. Pour over veggies as evenly as possible.

Bake at 400 for 45 – 60 minutes or until meat is done and omelet is set (meat is done when inserted meat thermometer reads 170)

Thanks to 1 of our clients!!!
